Pay Insurance
Dear Inbound Parents,
We are excited that your son or daughter will be coming to Central States Rotary!
Here are a few items you should know:
* Payment for insurance must be completed before guarantee forms will be released.
* Payment for insurance is non-refundable, except if your student withdraws from the program before arrival. * Once your student arrives, no partial refund for an early return.
* Refunds will be subject to a $25 processing fee. (Amount you paid - $25)

**MAKE SURE YOU CHANGE YOUR COUNTRY ON THE CREDIT CARD FORM! IT IS LOCATED AT THE TOP OF THE PAGE!
Refund Information
Should you require a refund please read below:
Your request should be sent to the following
email: paypal@csrye.org
If requested within 55 days of your payment:
1) Refunds will be subject to a $25.00 CSRYE processing fee.
2) If you paid with your debit card or credit card, your paymnet is refunded to your debit card or credit card. It may take up to 30 days for the refund to appear on your card statement.
2) If you paid with your bank account or PayPal balance, your payment is refunded to your PayPal account.
Refund requests after 55 days:
You are no longer eligible for a PayPal Refund, but may receive a "Late Refund" from CSRYE by one of two methods described below;
1) By Check (US Currency)
2) By PayPal Payment to your PayPal account.

* For payment by check, provide your full/complete name and mailing address.
*For payment to your PayPal account, provide the email associated with your PayPal account.
* Refunds will be subject to a $25.00 CSRYE processing fee, in addition to your PayPal account fees
